Delivery and Returns Policy
We will refund in full any goods that are received damaged, providing you keep the item and all the packaging the item was sent in for us to review (a requirement for us to claim against insurance.) We will also refund any return costs incurred as the result of receiving an item damaged in transit.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us and will refund the full price less any postage cost incurred.
